A delicious Italian meal with a difference!
Ingredients
Half x Fry’s Vegetarian Polony Slicing Sausage, diced
350 g x Fettuccini Pasta
3 tbs x Olive oil
1 x Onion, diced
6 tbs x Dry white wine
4 x Egg yolks
4 tbs x Plain yoghurt
1/3 cup x Parmesan cheese, grated
¼ cup x Parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Cook pasta in boiling, salted water for 8 –10 mins until al dente, drain thoroughly.
Heat oil in a frying pan; add the onion and sauté gently for 5 mins until softened. Add Fry’s Vegetarian Polony Slicing Sausage and fry for a further 4 mins over high heat. Add the wine and allow the sauce to reduce.
In a small bowl, beat together the egg yolks, yoghurt, Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir the Polony and yoghurt mixtures into the hot pasta. Serve immediately on heated plates.
