Create a warm hearty Shepherd’s Pie with Fry’s Vegetarian Mince with Vegan Gravy - delicious on a cold winter’s night.
1 x packet Fry’s Vegetarian Mince with Vegan Gravy
½ x Onion, diced
2 x Tomatoes, skinned and diced
500 g x Potatoes
1 tsp x Dried mixed herbs
1 tbs x Olive oil
Preheat oven to 180°C. Boil potatoes until soft (approx 20 min) and mash.
Sauté onions and tomatoes in oil until soft. Add frozen Fry’s Vegetarian Mince, 200 ml water, mixed herbs and mix well.
When Mince has defrosted, add gravy powder which is stirred in 10 ml water (supplied with Fry’s Vegetarian Mince). Cook until thickened (8 min).
Place in casserole dish. Cover with mash potato – place in oven until top is crisp and lightly browned (10 min).
