A spicy sausage meal served with mash potatoes, steamed vegetables or a hearty salad.
5 x Fry’s Vegetarian Braai Flavour Country Herb Sausages
1 x Onion, diced
1 x Curry leaf
4 x Green chillies, finely chopped
4 x Tomatoes, diced
1 tbs x Curry masala
½ cup x Coriander, chopped
1 pinch x Salt
Cook Fry’s Vegetarian Braai Flavour Sausages according to instructions.
In a pan, fry onions, chillies and curry in a little oil until golden brown. Add curry masala and mix well for a further 2 mins. Add tomatoes and salt, mix well and cook until tomatoes are soft.
Add sausages (cut into bite sized pieces or whole) to the mixture and simmer for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with coriander to complete your meal.
