A complete vegan meal using Fry’s Vegetarian Hot Dogs.
6 x Fry’s Vegetarian Hot Dogs
1.25 L x Water
500 g x Potatoes, peeled and quartered
250 g x Green cabbage leaves, finely shredded
1 x Leek, thinly sliced
2 x Garlic cloves, crushed
1 x Vegetable stock cube, or 1 x cup of vegetable stock
60 ml x Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Boil potatoes in water until tender (approx 30 min). Mash in water.
Add greens, leek, garlic, stock cube, oil and seasoning. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 10 minutes.
Defrost Fry’s Vegetarian Original Hot Dogs (1 min in microwave on high) and slice into 1 cm pieces. Serve hot with Hot Dog slices on top.
